1. What are your fees?

Our standard fee for mortgage financing is 1% of the loan amount. If the transaction is large, that fee may be lower. Fees for Joint Ventures, Equity & Sale-Leasebacks vary by the complexity of the transaction, but are typically at or below the average market rate for those transactions.

2. Does EagleBridge Capital finance transactions located outside of New England?

Yes. We also arrange financing and sale-leasebacks for properties nationwide.

4. Why should I work with your firm? Can't I just call lenders on my own?
