Ted M. Sidel

EagleBridge Capital was founded in 2000 by Ted M. Sidel.

Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Sidel was employed by Spectrum Financial Corporation, one of New England's oldest commercial mortgage financing firms. Over of his career, he has financed in excess of $500 million of commercial real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial buildings, corporate-headquarters buildings and special-use properties.

Mr. Sidel is a graduate of Union College (NY) where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He also holds a Diploma in Real Estate Studies from Boston University and received his Certificate in Real Estate Finance from the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's Real Estate Finance Association. Mr. Sidel is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Sidel enjoys Golf, Fishing and Coaching Youth Hockey & Baseball.

Brian D. Sheehan
Principal & Managing Director

Mr. Sheehan is a principal of the firm. He has extensive experience in financing all types of real estate including retail, condominiums & muti-family properties. Prior to joining EagleBridge Capital Mr. Sheehan owned and operated a boutique corporate advisory firm focused on capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and business valuations for small to mid-sized companies.

Mr. Sheehan is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He also holds a Masters of Science degree from Simmons College as well as his certification as an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Mr. Sheehan is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Sheehan enjoys Basketball, Travel, Surfing and serves on the board of his children's pre-school.
